Warranty conditions:
In addition to the statutory warranty rights to which you are entitled, we grant you a 3-year guarantee on the goods advertised with the guarantee promise. The guarantee period begins on the invoice date. Our guarantee covers the Federal Republic of Germany. If material or manufacturing defects occur in the goods you have purchased during this period, we will grant you one of the following services of our choice as part of the guarantee:
▪ free repair of the goods or
▪ free exchange of the goods for an equivalent item (or a successor model if the original goods are no longer available).

Warranty claims are excluded in case of damage to the goods caused by
▪ abusive or improper treatment
▪ Environmental influences (humidity, heat, etc.)
▪ Failure to observe any safety precautions
▪ Failure to follow the operating instructions
▪ Use of violence (e.g. hitting, pushing, falling)
▪ unauthorized repair attempts
▪ normal wear and tear
In order to make a claim under the guarantee, you must allow us to examine the guarantee case in advance by sending the goods in. Please ensure that damage during transport is avoided by using appropriate packaging.
To apply for a guarantee, you must enclose a copy of the original invoice with the shipment. Please understand that we may refuse to provide a guarantee without enclosing this copy of the invoice. The sending of the copy of the invoice is used to calculate the guarantee period.
If the warranty claim is justified, the warranty will be processed freight-free. We will then reimburse you for any shipping costs you incur.
Note: Your statutory rights in the event of defects are not restricted by this guarantee promise and can be claimed by you free of charge. Any existing statutory warranty rights against us remain unaffected by this guarantee promise.
