Payment / Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- PayPal
- Credit Card - in collaboration with Shopify Payments
- Klarna - in collaboration with Shopify Payments
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- eps Transfer (for customers from Austria)
- Ideal (for customers from the Netherlands)
- Sofort (Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands) - in collaboration with Shopify Payments
PayPal
Just a few steps to payment:
1. Select "PayPal" as the payment method at checkout.
2. To complete the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user details and authorize the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create one and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods Direct Debit via PayPal, Credit Card via PayPal, and Invoice via PayPal, it is not necessary to set up a PayPal account.
4. Afterwards, you will be redirected back to us (www.hoko-flexi.de).
In collaboration with Shopify Payments, we offer the following payment methods:
- Debit and Credit Cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro
- SOFORT
- Klarna Invoice
Apple Pay:
You can pay with Apple Pay during the ordering process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the "Apple Pay" service on a supported Apple device, following the verification steps. Google Pay:
You can pay with Google Pay during the ordering process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the "Google Pay" mobile app on a supported device, following the verification steps. Shipping Costs
Shipping within Germany:
Free shipping (standard shipping DPD) for orders over 39 euros.
For orders below 39 euros, we charge a shipping fee of 4.99 euros (standard shipping DPD).
Shipping to Austria:
We charge a shipping fee of 14.99 euros (standard shipping DPD) for orders up to 199 euros,
and a shipping fee of 29.00 euros (standard shipping DPD) for orders over 199 euros.
Shipping to Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands, Luxembourg:
We charge a shipping fee of 19.00 euros (standard shipping DPD) for orders up to 199 euros,
and a shipping fee of 49.00 euros (standard shipping DPD) for orders over 199 euros.
Delivery
Information about delivery times:
The delivery time / transit time with DPD within Germany is 1-3 days.
Below are the delivery times for shipping to other countries, which you should add to the delivery time specified for the respective item.
Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands
Additional maximum duration in days: 2-5 days

Information on Calculating the Delivery Date:
The delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is placed with the transferring bank for prepayment, or on the day after the contract is concluded for other payment methods, and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized at the delivery location, the next working day takes the place of such a day.
